I finished my re-read of Fahrenheit 451 this week, and I must say I found it just as interesting as I did when I first read it in junior high school. Fahrenheit 451 was published in 1951, just as television was starting to become popular. And I just read Fahrenheit 451. Fahrenheit 451 has a subject very dear to Truffaut : books.
